Benefits of drinking water || How much water should i drink a day ?

We all must know that 55-75% of human body is composed of water depending on our body types.Water is such an important component of our body and so keep our body healthy we should drink adequate amount of water in a day.
Now you all must be thinking how much water we should drink in a day and what are it's benefits.So keep reading this article and you will find all answers to your queries.

HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD WE DRINK ?

The amount of water we drink plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body and health experts recommend drinking around 8-10 glasses of water a day.But let me categorize for you to make it easy to understand.

If you are regular in gym and workout on regular basis then you must drink around 4-5 litres of water a day,drinking water won't harm your body it does not contain any calories,fats,carbs or sugar so it won't make you fat.If you are taking supplements especially creatine then it's a must to drink around 5 litre of water a day.i'll write a separate article on that.


If you don't go to gym for workout then it's also a must to drink around 2.5-3 litre of water a day to maintain a healthy lifestyle moreover it would help your heart and brain function more skilfully as our body organs too are composed of about 70-80% of water and further this would help you concentrate more on your work an you can perform well in that.

CAN  WE DRINK WATER WHILE WORKING OUT ? 

Yes,we should drink around 1 litre of water and that too not in a single go rather we should sip that 1 litre of water throughout our workout.Now what it does is that if we have taken some carbs or for example we have taken proteins before our workout they will convert to amino acids and water helps them travel throughout our body and and they reach our muscle cells which would provide us energy.
