I have noticed in many gyms that majority of people avoid doing leg workout,without knowing the importance of it.Especially a survey in india has estimated that about 70-80% of people that workout in gym skip their leg day.So this article is all about making people aware about the importance of leg workout and why should they stop avoiding it.
