TOP 3 METHODS TO RELIEVE MUSCLE SORENESS!



Hello guys as i promised that i will suggest you some top methods which would help you relieve muscle soreness.I don't say that these would totally cure soreness but would definitely decrease the amount of soreness in your muscle,so folks stay tuned.

I have personally tried these methods and trust me guys these help a lot.

  • COLD WATER SHOWER-A cold water shower just after a workout is personally my favorite way to relieve soreness. What happens is that after your workout your muscle gets micro tears in them and cause inflammation,the cold water reduces this inflammation and helps you relieve soreness.

  • ENOUGH SLEEP-The most easy way i should say or the most liked one is to sleep.Now you would thinking what actually happens when we sleep.The main science behind this is that while we sleep our body primarily releases human growth hormone (HGH) and this hormone helps you grow big and gain muscle size. Up to 70% of HGH is released while we sleep so make sure you sleep about 7-8 hours daily.This is the best natural method to release HGH and to grow big in size.
