Sore after your workout ?

Hey guys i'am back with another post.I have seen many people complaining about the pain in their muscles that they go through after weight training.So basically whats that pain called?



It's DOMS or delayed onset muscle soreness that occurs in our muscles after heavy weight training.This pain is just a temporary pain lasting not more than 2-3 days.

DO WE REALLY NEED TO SCARE THIS ?

Not at all,the main science behind this process is that our muscles are not used to these weight training and when we lift weight we shock the muscle and our muscle tissues are stretched just like we are waking them up which is good sign as this would tear up old muscles tissues and new tissues will be formed which would be prepared for another shock.
This process will definitely give us gains and that too are permanent. 

HOW CAN WE GET RID OF THIS ?

Sorry guys we can't get rid of this.You will feel sore after every workout you do till your lifelong but what will happen is that the intensity of muscle soreness will gradually decrease once you move from beginner level to intermediate and then to advance.Whereas a beginner will get more sore muscles an advanced level trainee will get mild soreness.

So you must have understood that muscle soreness equals strengthening our muscles.So people out there START BEARING THIS RATHER THAN FEARING THIS.In my next post i will tell you about method to relieve muscles soreness till then take care and please comment below of you found this post useful.
